An original performance offering, and exploration of, ancestral knowledge through the Mesoamerican tradition of In Xochitl In Cuicatl (Flower & Song), with a contemporary urban perspective.
This summer a select group of students from various high schools in Los Angeles are participating in a six-week intensive theater program focused on Greek, Roman and Mesoamerican mythology. They have created original stories and will share them in two community public performances that will integrate dance, poetry, and music.

The show and parking are FREE.
Proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test from the last 72 hours, and a valid ID is required for entry. Masks are required to be worn while on Plaza de la Raza's campus and while indoors during the entire performance.
